There are astral helpers, as well as deceased relatives, wanting to help, on this level as on all other. But people are generally as unwilling to take advice from the wiser as they were when physically incarnated.

Where do the astral worlds exist?

They exist in the same space as earth, but in different dimensions. Astral matter largely responds to gravity and the grosser it is, the closer it is bound to earth. Each succeeding astral level being larger than the preceding one. The two lowest astral ones actually exist below the crust of the earth, hence the myth that hell is underground. Astral matter is still course enough to respond to gravity. In the astral world they build imaginary cities and go on with their imaginary businesses and schemes. The lowest hell-world is made up much like any city on earth and the astral bodies resemble physical bodies.
